Dihydro Oxy (Dihydro Oxyresveratrol) is a compound extracted, isolated, and derived from the wood of the Artocarpus lacucha Buch.-Ham. tree. It has been developed and researched by the Center of Excellence for Natural Product Chemistry (CENP) at the Department of Chemistry, Faculty of Science, Chulalongkorn University.
Dihydro Oxyresveratrol possesses properties such as anti-pigmentation and antioxidant effects. It helps inhibit the enzyme Tyrosinase and the melanin production process, effectively reducing the appearance of dark spots, melasma, and hyperpigmentation. It is up to 7,000 times more potent than Vitamin C and shows superior efficacy compared to Resveratrol, Oxyresveratrol, and Kojic acid.
Dihydro Oxyresveratrol is a substance extracted from the Lakoocha heartwood (Artocarpus lacucha Buch.-Ham) that has antityrosinase activity better than Resveratol, Oxyresveratol, Ascorbic acid, and Kojic acid, having antioxidant effect, free radicals organization and the enzyme tyrosinase inhibition.
